Deep Submerge Directory was established by Icera in March 2005. The directory was created for the sole reason of bringing together active and/or well thought out Sailormoon sites that still exist on the web. Sailormoon sites have become a dwindling breed, especially as the years go by and the original fans that grew up with the show are growing up. The directory was named Deep Submerge in dedication to Sailorneptune. She is portrayed as being artistic, beautiful, and elegant. To parallel, this directory wishes to model the example of her character by personifying these qualities.
