• Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon your site must be 80%-100% dedicated to the subject of Sailormoon (in any form)
  - forums/RPGs alternative universes are okay, but if your forum/rpg is completely off of the storyline of senshi it will not be considered. Your site must also already have members, cannot be a brand new RPG/forum with no members.
  - graphics site must be largely dedicated to SM graphics not just some.
  - fanart/fanfiction site must be largely dedicated to SM fanwork not just some.
• None of the following... hentai (exceptions are marked off fanwork/RPGs), hate, under construction (a few pages are okay, but not excessively i.e. 90% finished), excessive broken images/ads/javascripts
• Decent Grammar is a must. Use a spell check if needed.
• Correct Information please don't have any wrongly proved information i.e. Chibi Chibi is Sailormoon's daughter.
• Foreign Languages are okay other language sites are welcomed at DS, but also note you must fit all the criteria at DS and understand English.

site etiquette

• Be considerate of visitors i.e. music should not be automatically playing when entering a site (and/or should be able to be turned off), excessive javascripts/ads
• Browser/Resolution capability if your site does not work in all browsers, do you note somewhere, which is the best browser/resolution?
• Accessibility is your navigation/color scheme visible to the color blind and easily found?
• Good Natured Website Owner I understand that not everyone has the same temper, but if you could be tolerant of all the members listed at DS, your visitors, and myself it would be helpful.

site individuality

• All sites are different DS understands this concept. The guidelines here reflect a general aspect of what DS strives for and can be altered for exceptional sites.
• Name and content why make a mirror site? If you see and know of the site that has the exact same name and exact same content, I highly suggest you change both.
• Zero tolerance on copying/stolen content I've visited enough SM sites and have been a part of the community long enough to know where and what originated at. If you decide to submit a copied site, the original owner will be notifed. Credit your sources.

site layout/graphics

• Moderate understanding of coding HTML, PHP, CSS
• Pre-made layouts site layouts should be made by you. Gifts are OK, but you must exhibit a competant understanding of HTML. Exceptions forum/RPG/image gallery templates (and/or other community/database related) are okay i.e. weblogs (Blogger, LJ, Wordpress, Wiki).
• Pre-made brushes are OK, but not to be used excessively or heavily on a layout.
• Zero Tolerance on Stolen Layouts this includes copying layout design graphics, CSS, HTML, PHP etc. Original designer will be notified.

url, site name, and button

• 88x31 pixel button please have an 88wx31h pixel non-animated button DS can link your site with, if not the button area will be left blank.
• No site name w/ symbols do not have symbols (example: *~Deep Submerge~*) before or after your name or site name (also note that quotations "" for some reason clash with the database so if your site for some reason is in quotations please note that for me in the comment box
• No url/site address redirects i.e. dot.nu etc.

everything else

• Before submitting, check out the quality of sites listed in your category to see what Deep Submerge is striving for
• Only submit your own site Exception I will sometimes randomly add sites I find, if you see your site on here and don't remember submitting contact me with your contact information.
• Must fill out the description of your site preferably three sentences or less. Refrain from describing your site as the "best ever." I have the right to edit your entire description.
