Splash
The point of a splash page is to indicate the requirements needed to view your site i.e. best viewed in what browser (IE, Firefox, Safari), resolution to best view your layout, etc. It is a clean splash page, cute enter sign. The "cliques" you have on the splash are not cliques, but fanlistings.

Layout
Nice clean layout. I enjoy how you didn't use an over used image. Very nice color scheme all around. Your layout is functional, clean, and quite beautiful at the same time. The Main css of your site offers a different rollover color for links, but not in the Menu section. Looking at your CSS it seems to be that this is only functional in IE (I'm reviewing this in Firefox since your splash page didn't indicate, which browser your site looks best in). You can get rid of this easily by just creating an a:hover for your menu without bothering with that Holly Hack html float, which only works in IE. Just create a div tag as you did with the .title for your entire menu section. The clever javascript of back, main, refresh, and forward in the menu column were a fun and functional addition.

Main
Beautiful introduction, great grammar and spelling usage. Great job.

Information
All your information is simple and to the point. Everything was accurate. The images were a nice addition although some of them were a bit restricting to actually see what type of fuku Usagi or Minako were wearing in their different forms (Indepth Section). I.E. Sailorcosmos' fuku is entirely different from Sailormoon, but your visitors can't see that. My favorite sections were the Guardian and Fuku sections. Great job with the indepth information on Luna and Artemis. Very unique way of deconstructing the Materials Collection Fukus.

Gallery
Great choice of manga images in Civilian, Soldier, Princess. Very nicely done sections.

Site
This section provides basically what every site section needs. Well done.

Overall
As with any great, well done site I have little to say. This is a clean, informative, polished shrine dedicated to Usagi and Minako. Although it's somewhat static, I hope it will continue to stay up in the future providing some inspiration into what a duo shrine should strive to look like.
