Splash
Clean splash page. The background is a bit odd since it has an extra column to the side; from your main layout background? You might just want to use a plain color background. Another font other than Times New Roman default would also be a nice change; it makes your site very bland to have the default font. Your splash page information is incorrect. Your site does not fit in a 600x800 nor in an 800x600...rather it fits in a 1024x768 browser.

Cute image of the Starlights. No comments on your layout since Elly made it for you.

Main
Reading your welcome message makes me think that Elly owns this site and not you, Moonstar. "Welcome to Moonlit Stars, hosted by Elly!" gives some a false impression of the owner of Moonlit Stars, especially since your name is no where near your introduction. In your updates you use two different formats (4/17/06 and then 4.5.06) choose one. In the title "review pending" change to plural reviews since you have two pending. In the navigation what does "neavheader" mean? You already have a Navigation title on the top so that extra header is not needed. This is up to preference, but I find it rather irksome when sites abbreviate for no reason. Why not type out information, pictures etc.?

There were a variety of spelling errors and that constant odd capital S in "StarS." The profiles were mostly stats that every other non-original Sailormoon related site has. I thought your profile summaries were well done. It would really be great if you could spice up the profiles with images as well, what do all these character look like? And what do their attacks look like? Spelled "conference", "access" wrong. "StarS" what does that stand for? Season Five is known as Stars only. For the Stars info link add back an asterisk (*) to the front. Why do you have your coming soon pages linked back to Elly's domain?

Profiles - Spelled "conference", "profile" wrong. Sailor Star Fighter - last sentence spelled "Seiya" wrong and change the sentence to "Seiya is a girl that dresses like a boy." Sailor Star Maker - In Fighter's profile you had quotes around the transformation and attack phrases...maintain consistency. In the profile summary change the first sentence to "is the most interesting." It does not make sense that he is ONE of the most interesting of the Starlights...there are only three of them...which one is the most interesting then? Please note that there is no official name, which names Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus as the "inners" that is a fan creation. Spelled "nuisances", "extremely", "involved" wrong. Sailor Star Healer - spelled "constantly" wrong. And the second sentence in the last paragraph is a fragment. Chibi Chibi - spelled "literally", "tells", "incense", "surprise", "disappears" wrong. Why is there a (Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss) in blue in the middle of the paragraphs? Also make sure what form of Chibi Chibi's name you wish to use...hyphen or no hyphen? Princess Kakyuu - I enjoyed how your information on Kakyuu is presented, why aren't all the profiles like this? Spelled "Guardians", "possessed", "incense", "Galaxia", "approve", "believes" wrong. Villains – spelled "villain" wrong in Sailor Iron Mouse, spelled "trapping", "conniving", "identities" wrong in Sailor Aluminum Siren, spelled "container" in Sailor Lead Crow wrong, spelled "conniving" wrong in Sailor Tin Nyanko.

StarS info - Spelled "conference" wrong. Remember to add back the * before each link. Sailor Stars Episode guide - This is not exactly a guide, it's more of list of the episodes. A guide would give the summaries of each episode. Kinmoku - spelled "legendary" wrong. Missions - an interesting and original section. Nice summaries on each of the missions. Get rid of the   in the Starlights' Mission. Spelled "incense" wrong in Kakyuu's Mission. The Sailor Senshi's Mission, apostrophe before the s.

Pics
A very nice selection of images, I wish there were more ^^. Good job on screen capping and scanning in all your own images, I know it takes quite a bit of time and work to do so. Would be nice to see your images open up in new windows as not to detour visitors from your main site.

Fan
A good section dedicated to Fan works...I wasn't exactly sure what this section held since it just indicated "Fan" what does fan indicate? Perhaps Fanart/fiction would be a better title. You also have "Museum" in the title of the page instead of Fan. Spelled "access" wrong.

Media
Good selection of multimedia related to the Stars season. Spelled "surprise" wrong in videos. Great job on giving credit to all your sources.

Games
Nice usage of java scripts...although some more originality would be nice to see. The Scramble Puzzle is not really a scramble or a puzzle. Rather just an image filtered and played with, which the visitor has to guess.

For You
A small selection of graphics and awards for your visitors, some more graphics would be great to see instead of just one or two in each category.

Forum, Affiliates, Links, Cliques, Fan listing
Did not review. Just a few notes...spelled Affiliates wrong in the navigation. You also have no cliques in your Cliques category (misnamed category)...they are either all fan listings or web rings. Fan listing - would be great to have that open in a new window since it's a different site.

A good compilation of what a site section should have. Again there was an abundance of spelling errors that can be easily fixed by using a spell check!

Overall
I was quite inspired to review a site dedicated solely to the Stars season, but while reviewing your site, my hope slowly faded. You have a very good compilation of profile summaries on the characters as well as the small gallery. However, besides those two topics, I was rather disappointed with the other pages of your site. There were many spelling errors that could be easily fixed. I would have loved to see more images on your Information pages i.e. what does Kinmoku look like? Overall, I would love to see more originality and more dedication that are Stars related (not to mention the fact that you kept on calling the season StarS, why the capital S at the end, I really want to know!?)...such as not just tagging a java script game with a senshi's name.
