Rule #1 No killing of bishi. Ever.
Rule #2 If they're evil, we'll make 'em good. Yes.
Rule #3 No touchie! I like to monopolize.

Katakura Kippei
I've only read the manga since the anime didn't seem too appealing. Kippei does start out as a play-boy status jerk and I really wasn't interested in the manga, but when Yuzuyu comes into his live he starts turning into a very caring guy. My favorite parts are when he learns to make bento boxes for Yuzuyu; starting with just the huge onigiri to a super sweet bento. While taking care of Yuzuyu he also comes to understand more of the girl he really likes who has a similar background as Yuzuyu. It's a very bitter-sweet story and although Kippei isn't the most handsomely drawn bishi ever, the way the story flows and his actions really make you adore his character.

Hitsugaya Toushirou
*Squeeeee* Toushirou is such a cutie haha. I mean he's the youngest captain called "boy genius" and wields an ice sword...enough said. I love how serious he is sometimes and his interactions with his big bosom vice-captain Matsumoto. They make such a fabulous, hilarious pair. I guess I'm attracted to all characters that use ice/water as their element haha. His Zanpakutou is the very awesome Hyourinmaru, which is an ice dragon and in Bankai state Toushirou "grows" two ice wings and has an ice dragon tail. There are limits to his Bankai still since he's so young...imagine what he can do when he's older!
Kurosaki Ichigo
Our lovely protagonist of the story is Kurosaki Ichigo. How can you not love him? His orangy hair, huge sword, and very sexy Bankai all equal yum. You have to admire his zeal to continue fighting even when he's continually beaten to a pulp three episodes long. My favorite scene is probably him rescuing Rukia from being executed with his swish-y ghetto-fied cape and those bandages. I'm still wondering who he's going to end up with though...Rukia or Inoue?code geass
Kururugi Suzaku
I know everyone hated him for most of the entire series for being a traitor...but come on, doesn't he just remind you of the typical CLAMP cutie (brown hair, green eyes...)? He's almost a twin to Tsubasa Chronicle's Syaoran. He's pilots the very awesome Lancelot (cliche no?) Knightmare frame and is (yes is) the best Knightmare frame pilot (because he lets Karen "kill" him) with great athletic reflexes. It's a bit of a bittersweet ending for Suzaku since he goes on to follow Lelouch's legacy as Zero, while is own identity as Suzaku is dead.vision of escaflowne
Van Slanzar de Fanel
Old school! I don't know anyone who didn't like Escaflowne. Watch it. Think of it as a middle school ideal of a boy with wings haha. Sure Van has temper tantrums and his life is totally messed up because his brother is evil and this random girl from another world shows up. Anyone else just a bit irked that his nose is almost too long and too square? Anyways the wings make up for all of that okay?fate/stay night
Archer
*Cries* this is a prime example of the rule that no bishi should ever be killed. Ever. So Fate/Stay Night was going so well, until they just had to kill Archer! WHY!? Troublesome story writers! He's suave, has white hair, and kicks ass (I still don't really understand how he's the future Shirou, but who cares!) The only thing that bugged me was when they made the seiyuu speak the "spells" in English. Totally ruined the mood guys.magic knight rayearth
Eagle Vision
Another old-schooler. It was Eagle versus Lantis with Tiffanie back in the days. I still vote for Eagle! Come on, he risks his life to become the Pillar and he also has white hair oh-hohoho. I don't really know why I thought he was such a bishi back in the days, might be another case of CLAMP artwork gone right. You really can't resist the way CLAMP draw their men. I blame it entirely on CLAMP.
mobile suit gundam 00
Lockon Stratos (Neil Dylandy)
*Goes off to advocate for no killing of bishi* I seriously had my hand over my mouth when Lockon went out of his stupid cockpit and went to kill what-ever-his-face-is. Stupid Lockon! WHY!? Gosh darn it. He was pretty much my favorite character out of Gundam00. Quite annoyed that they brought back his dumb twin to be the "new" Lockon Stratos. He will never be replaced! *shakes fist*naruto
Hatake Kakashi
*Glomps* He is probably my most favorite bishounen, which I know is pretty hilarious since no one know what his face looks like haha (watch episode 101, you won't be disappointed). There's something about Kakashi that just makes you smile. His laid-back attitude, one of the most powerful nins in the village and crazy skills just make you say yay! And yes we'll dismiss his addiction to dirty novelles.
Nara Shikamaru
Awww Shikamaru. His kicking the ass of the Akatsuki to avenge Asuma made my day. Although he's not your typical handsome bishi, Shikamaru makes that up in his smarts and strategies with an IQ over 200. He's also the first of Naruto's year to become a chuunin with brilliance, Asuma indicates, that Shikamaru could become Hokage, if he wasn't so lazy.
ouran high school host club
Morinozuka Takashi
Known as the Wild Type. He's commonly known as Mori to most and to Hunny-senpai aka: best friend as Taka-chan. Mori-senpai is your typical stoic, silent, and tall bishounen. He's also the national champion in kendo. There's something about stoic, silent, and tall bishi that draw you in. I love his interactions with Hunny-senpai and his random expressions even if he is silent most of the time.
Ohtori Kyouya
Known as the Cool Type. Kyouya is the basic mastermind (as Haruhi calls him the Dark Prince) behind the Host Club even though he's officially the vice president. As the youngest son of a powerful company Kyouya's attitude in life is to stay cool, but underneath his cool exterior he holds a lot of angst. Of course everyone's favorite scene in the anime is when he confronts Haruhi with the dangers of being a girl oh ho ho.pretear
Hayate
Magical boy meets magical girl. Hayate is the guardian of wind and the unnamed leader of the Leafe Knights. He dares not fall in love with our protagonist, Himeno, because of what occurred with the past Pretear. A lot of angst, hidden secrets, and hey...he does magic, protects Himeno at all cost and mostly stoic. The best part of the anime is of course the ending when the other Knights remark that Hayate smile could be the start of spring (since he never smiles). Good times!rurouni kenshin
Sagara Sanosuke
*Super sized fan girl tears of joy* Sanosuke is #1 (I really can't decide between Kakashi, Vash or Sanosuke, they're all miiine!) Powerful fighter, hilarious, never pays for his bills, in love with Megumi? There's nothing more I can say about dear Sanosuke than that he's Sanosuke! *drools* goes off to find some Sano bait...

Perfect in every way. Much to the chagrin of Hikari, she seems to never be able to defeat Kei in anything.trigun
